How does life coaching work?

 

Coaching isn't counselling. We’ll focus on looking to the future rather than dwelling on the past.

 

By working together, I'll ask questions that will help you unpick any fears or confusion. You'll move away from scattered thinking to deep-down "what do I really want" thoughts. Being honest with yourself is essential, which is why I offer a safe and confidential space.

It's easier to talk freely to somebody outside your circle of friends and family; I’m here to help, not to judge. Throughout our sessions, we'll uncover the real you and create step-by-step achievable goals that'll make a difference to your life. 

 

As part of my coaching, I'm able to use techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) that can  help you retrain your thought processes from the negative and self-limiting to a more positive state. You become more aware of why you might feel a certain way and how to better communicate with yourself (your inner-critic) and others around you.
